A brand is therefore one of the most valuable elements in an advertising theme. Brand is a shortcut in the buyers mind. For example, Mrs. Smith is browsing the allays of the store and she is looking for a shampoo - she passes by the rack with shampoos and alongside the many names there are one, two or three that stuck out. Mrs. Smith already has heard about those brands and she has some association between the name and the qualities of that brand. Instead of reading the labels and description of each product she just grabs the one that has most positive value in her mind. She ends up buying the FamousBrand product... unless she is price conscious consumer or doesn't care and her first and most important criteria is price - then she buys the cheapest one as she thinks all are the same. The truth is that brand products are priced higher compared to non-brand. When it comes to cosmetics, where it is tough to evaluate the actually quality of a product brand is even more important. How for example is possible to evaluate the wrinkle smoothing effect of a particular creme?! - almost impossible - and the buyer ends up buying the product that s/he believes can do this. The keyword is 'believe' - and that's what brand is all about.

I currently work at Nordstroms at the Clinique Cosmetic Counter.?
I am thinking about a career as a medical or dental assistant. What do you think is a better career opportunity? Either a career at Nordstroms or as a dental or medical assistant?I currently work at Nordstroms at the Clinique Cosmetic Counter.?
medical/dental assistant! think about your life in 20 years.... people with medical (or dental) skills are going to be in high demand because there's a massive shortage here in the USA. don't you want a career with limitless possibilities and a career that you can look back on and think, ';i made a difference';.
besides the money is much better as an assistant.
definitely reach for something that requires a degree or certification, that way you have a leg up on the competition.
and if you can, consider becoming a nurse. lots of money to be made and you can get a job nearly anywhere in the USA because they're in such high demand.

are you kidding?? retail sucks and shouldn't even be eligible as a career. Go to school and become a dental or medical assistant.
p.s. a medical doctor is a M.D. not Ph.D.

Well - Preservation of the cosmetic is one consideration. Will the cosmetic resist mold and bacterial degradation over time? Often a 'preservative' effectiveness test is conducted to figure out the 'right amount and type' of preservative to include. This test is done by checking specimens (e.g. - lipstick tubes) stored at different temperatures for different periods of time periodically for microbial contamination.
Another issue to always consider is safety. Today, we can rely on experience and databases to guage the safety of common ingredients in known concentrations - so less 'animal' testing is required - but that said, I would want something put into or on a human being to FIRST be put into or on an animal! While the need for animal testing in cosmetic research is declining with time, we should not jeopardize this important tool in pharmaceutical and biological research!

Are the Virago 1100 and Vstar 1100 motors the same except for some cosmetic parts?

Not sure of the specific differences but they are basically the same design with upgrades and modifications for the Vstar. However, if your asking because you want to use parts from one for the other I don't think you'll be able to use many.
It is a tried and true motor. Very reliable which is why Yamaha stayed with it when the went from the Virago to the Vstar

Square faces are gorgeous, Like angelina jolie(most beautiful woman ever). If anything, your face shape would be closer to round than oval(I and many guys find round faces more attractive anyway). It depends on your age.
