Yes, there are grants out there. You have to do the research. Also some schools pay for your cosmetic surgery after you enroll into their programs. Some hospitals also pay for the cosmetic surgery if you attend their programs and donate time to their voluntary work.Are there any grants out there that pay for cosmetic surgery needs? You could try to get on a TV program but other than that, you're either going to have to convince your insurance company that it's necessary, or you'll have to pay for it, with a loan or without.

Unless you are sponsored by an organization there is nothing available for elective cosmetic surgery. You can try to be on a reality show or win a contest but that's a pretty tacky way to accomplish this.
