Girls do you like to buy the cosmetic which it has the beautiful packaging?

example, Urban decay, Plant love, Jill Stuart, Anna Sui, Paul and Joe, Blooms, Hourglass, Too faced, Benefit etc.Girls do you like to buy the cosmetic which it has the beautiful packaging?
Although beautiful packaging will catch my eye, it really comes down to the product quality. I think Urban Decay kind of goes over the top with their packaging..for instance the primer potion they sell is an awesome product, and beautiful packaging, but the design of getting all the product out is horrible. Packaging should be a bit more eco-friendly and simpler with a focus on giving more product to the consumer.Girls do you like to buy the cosmetic which it has the beautiful packaging?
I'd rather the product do what it's supposed to do than look nice on my dressing table.

Yes, it's nice to buy something that's pretty but it's not going to influence me to buy it again if the actual product is bollocks.
Yep! Benefit! :)
absolutely!!!! unless its the exact same thing as a MUCH cheaper product in plain packaging, then of course i would pick the less expensive.
I love things with pretty packaging but that's not the only reason I would choose a certain product...it's got to actually work and be a decent price too.
I love things with pretty packaging.. colourful :D

What cosmetic brands DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS?

i read a list about all the companies that don't test on animals, right with you on that one I won't buy make-up if I know its tested on animals. Heres the link to the list from peta2.com http://www.caringconsumer.com/pdfs/compa鈥?/a>

some of the ones I know are the body shop, mac, revlon, avon, almay

What do you think of Avene medicine cosmetic?

Avene is a great line if you have highly sensitive skin. A bit more expensive that your everyday cosmetics and lotions, but it's well worth the money! ;)What do you think of Avene medicine cosmetic?

It is one of the cheapest brands you can buy for very sensitive or reactive skin although it is more expensive than you average supermarket skincare ranges.

Hydrogen Peroxide breaks into free radicals. (Free radicals are what cause skin damage and wrinkles.) I do not recommend it for use on the face at all.

If i buy some kind of cosmetic that matches my face skin tone can it cover up my skin hyperpigimentation?

i have a dark big bruise looking thing on the left side of my face and until i can get it removed i need something to cover it up. is it possible to buy some kind of cosmetic that matches my skintone and put it over that to cover it and make it so that nobody will notice that im wearing cosmetics. im a guy so i wouldnt know these kind of things but yea i hate my big dark spot and i need something to cover it up until i can go see a doctor about it

thank you very much.If i buy some kind of cosmetic that matches my face skin tone can it cover up my skin hyperpigimentation?
Yes, you are in luck. You're not the only person with a scar that needs covering up. The product Dermablend is for exactly the situation you have. They use it to cover up scars, tattooes, everything. Check out the link below for before and after pictures and find out where you can buy it. It's usually in major department stores. If i buy some kind of cosmetic that matches my face skin tone can it cover up my skin hyperpigimentation?
if you play sports or sweat at all like at gym, i wouldnt wear makeup there, it will run, at least, most kinds will....

you can get a 'foundation', try the cake kind (it comes in a compact with a mirror and an applicator sponge), and dab it onto your 'spot'. once that's complete, they make a clear powder, just to give it a matte finish, like your skin. if you don't use the powder, it might look shiny, and look like you're wearing makeup.

I understand where you're coming from, i have a large bruise looking birthmark too, right in the middle of my forhead,,, bothered me for sooooooooooooo long..... but i've finally gotten used to it, and it's part of me now, i wouldn't get rid of it for anything.... :) hope you can find what you're looking for.

p.s., you might try asking your mom if she'd help you pick out the color to match your skin tone, she's ur mom,,, she'd undestand....

We are organising a seminar for Cosmetic chemist/ formulators. Can you suggest some appropriate give aways?

I used to work with a nonprofit that put on continuing education programs for nurses and doctors, so I know how much fun it can be to put together gift bags for participants.

We would try to think of things people in their particular jobs might find useful -- one year we scored some little booklets designed specifically for nurses that had basic phrases in several languages to make communicating with non-English speaking patients easier.

We would also get things that people in general might enjoy. For example, one year we got bags of baked chips made from beans -- a healthier alternative to the usual fried corn or potato chips. New products are good to include because sometimes you can get donations (if you're a non profit) or good deals since new products need promotion.

Then there are the companies that sell to the people you are giving the conference for. See what promotional items they have they would be willing to contribute. Things we got ranged from pens to instant hot packs to hammocks.

And, depending on your budget, there are things like tee shirts and sun visors and tote bags with your event logo on them.

Can you name any female celebrity over 30 who hasn't had cosmetic surgery or botox or similar?

They usually sell mabeline and maxfactor etc, at reasonably low prices.

But boots own make up is good, especially the blushers and the foundations,

AVON! Avon is great. Some people say they don't like it, but the trick is to find YOUR shade. Use a shade lighter then your skin tone. Avon makeup gives you a very natural look if thats what you're going for. It is very inexpensive too. You can call a representative or shop right from avon.com. Using a rep is better because they can help find the right shades for you. You can locate one from avon.com.

If you were awarded free cosmetic surgery of one kind, what would you choose and why?

I want cute 16-18 y/o boobies. Mine were so fine I'd have had them painted nude before babies.

1 and 2 weren't bad but #3 lost a lot of the cuteness. My hubby doesn't complain though. I hear some doctors give group rates, any one interested? Some of my friends that worked at UPS did and they saved about $1000 a piece. Looked good too.If you were awarded free cosmetic surgery of one kind, what would you choose and why?
Breast implants. Nothing crazy. I'm a 36 A, and I'd just like a nice full B or small C cup. But I actually plan on possibly getting breast implants someday after my husband and I finally have kids and are done having kids (we have been TTC like crazy). That way, they can stuff 'em and fluff 'em at the same time. Don't get me wrong, I love my body, and I'm confident, but I've always wanted less of a flat chest. Jury's still out on if I'd actually have the nerve to do it though. :DIf you were awarded free cosmetic surgery of one kind, what would you choose and why?
nothing. i dont agree with cosmetic surgery, its fake and its dangerous. Not to mention insulting to your parents, you carry on their traits and you wanting to change your looks isn't real nice to do.
Tummy tuck, breast implants, after breastfeeding two children I don't look the same anymore.
I would get a Lifelift because I would love to have tight facial skin as I did when I was younger.

Besides...I never said I would grow old gracefully...I'm gonna fight it every step of the way ;)
    You're very inquisitive tonite aren't you... :)
Face lift. I'm starting to get wrinkles around my eyes and my smile lines are starting to show. I don't like that.
Does hair removal count? If so, I want it from the waist down. And I'd never have to shave again!
You must be extremely bored tonight. I'd have a breast reduction.
Liposuction!! Only so i don't have to work out to lose these extra pounds!
Breast reduction...no additives...just take some of the junk away!
lipo and a tummy tuck.........cuz having kids takes a toll on the belly area.

Tips for door to door cosmetic sales?

I`m sick of my order books being left on doorsteps with no orders in them - I get soaking wet collecting them in !!!Tips for door to door cosmetic sales?
So you sell cosmetics door-to-door? It's not quite clear. Cosmetics sales is not a great door-to-door business...maybe in the 1950's but now you have to meet people outside their homes. You need to create a network of regular customers. Ask friends and family. Go to different functions and try to meet people that way. I've met Mary Kay sales people in coffee shops a number of times- they usually get a lot of sales that way. Use your imagination! People really don't enjoy door-to-door sales for the most part. I hate un-announced visitors and rarely answer my door if I don't know who it is. Also, if you left a brochure on my doorstep I would look at it- I love make-up, but I would not order from it without seeing the make-up and/or trying it first...and I don't think a lot of people would take the initiative to call you and set up an appointment- if you leave a number.Tips for door to door cosmetic sales?
Just don't come to my door girl...hue hue...sales people errietate me a lot..i just go to the mall to get stuff...i wouldn't recommend you going from door to door just work at macy's or something.

Topical means surface area/external use...so that would be a NO

When a product says ';For cosmetic / topical use only'; , can we use it internally?

it is a lubricantWhen a product says ';For cosmetic / topical use only'; , can we use it internally?
No - if you use it internally you could end up with infections so I definitely wouldn't use it internally. Durex makes good lubricant otherwise try K-Y Glycerin Lubricating Jelly - its made my Johnson %26amp; Johnson. Both will work and shouldn't give you an infection. When a product says ';For cosmetic / topical use only'; , can we use it internally?
    no it's not secure
It's not meant for lubrication. If you're going this route, might as well just use water or saliva.
    I doubt it ...

This Is A Survey Which Cosmetic Line Is Better Mary Kay Or Avon?

I need to know a survey for which cosmetic and skincareline is better I need to know which cosmetic and skin care line i should use because my mom use to sale avon but now she is going to sale mary kay. so please choose wisely. This Is A Survey Which Cosmetic Line Is Better Mary Kay Or Avon?
    MaryKay.

I had bad skin for a long time, %26amp; Avon used to irratate that condition. ( I have extremely oily skin but in a few places it is the opposite)

I found that after using the classic skin care from Mary Kay, for under a week , I had no more problems, my skin is now fairly balance, the improvement in tone %26amp; I can now start to use other products that 10 yaers agao would never have occured. The other products, are just fantastic, %26amp; on top of that the consultants tell me that you get better percentages back in your ordering ie 50%. So if your mum chooses Mary Kay to sell then she has hit the best products %26amp; value for money.

You need to remember this is your Mums choice though If she choses to sell either one then taht is up to her. This Is A Survey Which Cosmetic Line Is Better Mary Kay Or Avon?
I think Mary Kay is better make up. But as far as the sales side I would say neither of them are money makers. I'm a consultant for Purse Party and do very well with it!
Mary Kay has a better skin care line. I used to sell Mary Kay and I use it every day. You can return products you don't like or don't work for you unlike the store products.
Mary Kay, but Avon is cheaper
    I really can't choose lol
    Avon
Mary Kay.. much better quality !!
mary Kay is way better quality but avon is much cheaper i spose its really up to you but i prefer Mary Kay!
I prefer Avon skin care products, but love Mary Kay makeup.
Mary Kay has better quality, but Avon is cheaper. They are both great makeup lines, but i prefer Mary Kay
    Avon
Mary Kay! B/c they do a whole lot of testing to make sure that it will not overydry the skin or irritate it. Plus they have swesome make up for all sorts of skin types.
Mary Kay is definately a better quality. A lot of women complain about their makeup not staying. If you use Mary Kay it last longer and Mary Kay's fondation is a lot more natural looking.
Of those two, I'd say Mary Kay is best.

Cosmetic acupuncture has anyone tried this?

So, I've been thinking about doing this to see if it would improve my double chin. I saw on a TV show on TLC that a women did this and her chin looked a lot better. My chin isn't that bad, but it bothers me in pictures because that is all I see. Before getting it sucked out, I want to try something that won't be as painful or cost me a trip to Beverly Hills. I know I'll have it forever because everyone in my darn family has double chins too and they aren't fat :\Cosmetic acupuncture has anyone tried this?
I am an acupuncturist and I found that it helps in double chin. If you have a familial tendency, you may need courses subsequently to prevent recurrence.

  • Has this ever happened to you while wearing circle lenses (korea cosmetic lense?)?

I purchased Geo angel black CM 836 and geo nudy brown (both in plano)

I've heard that they make your eyes tired after a while, but mine gets tired shortly after i put them on. My eyes feel so tired that I can't last 30 minutes with them on. Do you think there is a defect in the lense or it how they are suppose to feel? Which circle lense is not uncomfortable to wear? Thanks ^__^Has this ever happened to you while wearing circle lenses (korea cosmetic lense?)?
You might not be getting enough moisture and air to your eyes. Since they're so much thicker than ordinary lenses, it's probably your eyes being sensitive to them, rather than the lenses being defective. I would try maybe another brand, but if you have the same issue, then it's your eyes, and not the lenses.Has this ever happened to you while wearing circle lenses (korea cosmetic lense?)?
well as you said, there might be somethin wrong with your contact lenses, but try puttin some eye drops which refreshs your eyes.

How much cheaper is cosmetic dentistry in Costa Rica vs. the U.S.?

I was thinking about getting cosmetic denistry done in Costa Rica because I heard it is way cheaper. Is that true and where can I find information about the prices? I want to do veneers. How much cheaper is cosmetic dentistry in Costa Rica vs. the U.S.?
Yes, it's very true. I'm going myself. There's some really great dentists there and the work for caps is 1/4 of what you'd pay here in the US.

For one tooth cap it is 400.00. Here it is 1200.00 ~ Major difference.

I read that the reason their prices are so low is because they don't have to pay back 200K in school loans not to mention their taxes aren't high like ours.

My friend went and he didn't have cosmetic work done, but needed a root canal and a few fillings and he came back very happy. That was over a year ago. I don't have that doctors name offhand.

Here's some links :) I've checked into it before, and all the doctors called me. They were all very nice and usually had a hotel that was affordable and close to their clinics.

Here's some links and best wishes to you!

Question About Asian Eyes & Cosmetic Surgery?

Why do so many Asian girls want cosmetic surgery to make their eyes bigger or rounder? A lot of asian girls I know want that surgery. And why do so many dye their hair blonde?

I think slanted eyes and dark hair are cool.Question About Asian Eyes %26amp; Cosmetic Surgery?
there are a few number of girls who do it to fit into the western culture but most of them just want to enhance their looks. big eyes with double eyelids are considered beautiful in the asian culture. i myself think everyone is beautiful just the way they are and i love my small eyes and black hair!Question About Asian Eyes %26amp; Cosmetic Surgery?
    mere foolishness
Because those girls are influence by western culture and their parents are so rich. Even they dye blond hair, it can't hide their flat nose or slanted eyes. They are still Asian.
I do too. Asian women are very beautiful. They have gorgeous hair, and beautiful skin. I don't get it either. Blame the media I guess. When I was a young girl no one ever heard of anorexia or bulimia.
I think that a lot of girls are like that. Want what they can't have. Fake tans, contact lenses, boob job, nose job, dyed hair.

I suppose for some it could be a bit of an anime thing. Big eyes, lollipop figure etc.
I agree, Asian women have sexy eyes! I also love brunnetes as well.

Maybe they want to eye surgery for better vision.
I think it's crazy when they do that. They look so much better the way they are. And please if you're Asian, don't ever dye your hair blonde. Dark hair is way more beautiful.
Many Asian girls do not consider themselves attractive. They probably have low self esteem and want beautiful big eyes. Some are pretty, but for the most part they all look the same and are not appealling.

I've heard the best place to go is India...they have some of the best doctors at a much cheaper price than in the US.Know anyone who got cosmetic surgery?
    ya, and she died.
Cosmetic surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

  • Does anyone know if there are any places to get cosmetic dental work, such as veneers, at discounted price?

I would really like to get veneers for six of my front top teeth, but cannot afford the 6000 quoted. wondering if there's any other wayDoes anyone know if there are any places to get cosmetic dental work, such as veneers, at discounted price?
You can probably find a dentist in your local area by call 1-800-DENTIST.

Now, if you can't afford the cost you can try these two places:

    www.carecredit.com and

    www.capitalone.com/healthcarefinance

Both of these offer financing for dental, orthodontics, vision, cosmetics, fertility, veterinary, audiology, chiropractic, hair restoration, etc.

I'm forking out a big chunk of change for a root canal, stud %26amp; crown. My dentist was listed with www.carecredit.com so I applied and got approved. I'm not paying that much each month and if I pay it off within 18 months I won't be paying any finance charges.

Try 1-800-DENTIST to find dentists in your area and then log on to the two sites to see if any of the dentists are listed with either or both companies.

Good luck!Does anyone know if there are any places to get cosmetic dental work, such as veneers, at discounted price?
    Try a dental school clinic.
Not that I am aware of. I would try at a dental college and see what prices they would charge. They are helping students learn how to do this and it comes with as well. These places have been known to charge about 10% of the day rate at clinics.
Don't know where you live but universities that have dental programs are always accepting new patients. It is a fraction of the cost and you are helping someone with their education as well.
Yes...Old Mexico, but know your Dentist and ask for referrals. If he is a professional it will be no problem.
You may also head for India which has been admitted as a hot destination for quality dentistry. Stay for two weeks to get top quality porcelain veneers done by top dentists at USD 225-275.00 each. Visit an interesting site www.dentalcare-indiatour.com, and possibly tell a friend as well. Huge saving, happy smiling!
Dental colleges will often give very great discounted rates on many cosmetic and non-cosmetic procedures. This is the best route.
YES, THERE IS A SOLOUTION FOR YOU. and its too bad more people dont know about it. you DONT have to go to a dental college or mexico (scary!) or resort to putting it on a credit card (you'll just end up paying more for it in the long run)

There is a plan that will help you get discounted rates on ALL dental work, yes, even cosmetic. It doesnt pay 100%, but it will save you SIGNIFICANT money. And no, the rates arent discounted because the dentists are bad. They sign special contracts with us because dealing with tradtional insurance ends up costing them tons of extra time and money. We save them time, money and paperwork by simplifying the process. We actually have the highest standards for dentists in the industry. Higher than any insurance company! So read on, and check out the plan, it could really help you, like the millions of other members in this country, myself included. I paid $216 for an emergency oral surgery that otherwise would have cost over $2,000.

geez, you people aren't going to find discount cosmetic dentistry in america. even dental schools know cosmetics aren't necessary and charge a lot for cosmetic cases to make up for their low fees on the necessities (cleanings, fillings, extractions, etc). if you do, you need to wonder why the dentist has to charge so little. cosmetic dentistry is very difficult to do well as there are lots of ways it can fail or, more likely, be cosmetically displeasing. if you want cosmetic work, save your money and get it when you can afford it. if you think you need it to make more money, get on a care credit payment plan and don't skimp. you'll look like a fool with a bad veneer job, trust me.

Would you ever have cosmetic surgery?

would you ever have cosmetic surgery and if yes what?

would it put you off if you had to watch it being done to someone elce before you have it done?

would you ever be a cosmetic surgeon?Would you ever have cosmetic surgery?
If my b00bs would sag to my knees and my butt would sink to my ancles in the next five years, yes: probably. If I had the money, that is. Apart from that: Naaah. I always say: Act and look your age! So if you are 65, don't try to look 21. That is just scary. Besides: no matter how long you look, you are going to die in any case.Would you ever have cosmetic surgery?
Depends on the situation. For vanity purpose no, because I am beautiful ^_^. For medical issues or if something was interfering with my daily life, yes!
NO I never would, I have also seen on the internet some really good disfigurements.......

I could never become a cosmetic surgeon as I would hate a job whereby I was making a lilving on other peoples insecurities....
I'm due to come in to a large sum of money soon and it's all going to cosmetic surgery. I'm having my boobs lifted, eye bags removed, face lifted a new nose and I'll put a little money aside for anything else I may need later. The horror stories don't put me off and even if it all goes wrong I couldn't look any worse than I do now. It's a confidence boost that I've needed all my life.
yeah , i dont think it would put me off watching other people having it done!
Oh yes, I would. I love big breast, though.
Definitely! There's lots of things I'd like done, from my left eyelid being altered to my right ribs being reduced in size ever so slightly so match those on the left side. Problem is I could never afford it and I'm not entirely confident that the surgeons of this day and age could do it perfectly if at all. Be nice to have genetic modification too, so that I could pass on better looks to any children I might have - 'sins of the father' and all. After all, most people are very shallow.
I would do my breast. They are too big for my frame.
Yes, I'm considering it. I'm large chested and gravity is starting to do it's thing. Plus, I was overweight for a lot of years and over the past 2 years I've lost a lot of weight and my b00bs are a little stretched out. I'd get a reduction and lift but avoid implants. I've watched surgies and as long as I research the doctor and don't go to someone who advertising discount plasctic surgery I'd get it. Oh, and I have to save up the money. I think as long as you take sometime to think about it and you have a good overall self-image, there's nothing wrong with plastic surgery. It's when women feel the need to put something the size of a watermelon on their chest before they've barely grown into their bodies that makes me a little sad.

I'd never be a cosmetic surgeon personally, just because I think cosmetic surgeons need to be artists as well as medics and I'm really bad at precise, artistic sort of stuff, like drawing a straight line.
no. I intend to grow old gracefully not looking like a sad oldbag who cant accept reality n tries to turn back tome surgically. just accept what the goddess gave you people for fecks sake. beauty is skin deep, personality counts sooo much more
I dont think so because I think that everybody needs to stay the same way they are and people need to be happy the waty they look they can always go and make over or sumthin like that...
too right i would, hold back a few years, and no it would not put me off , you see it on tele after all, is nothing sacred. yes with the cost of plastic surgery , they must all be millionaires
    No.
No-I would spend the money on four or five Caribbean cruises instead.Or one world cruise; Much better value for money
no i will not have one
Possibly at some point in the future, most likely just for under my eyes. But I would be afraid of them messing up and permanently ruining me.

Watching it done to someone else wouldn't affect my decision, but hearing about people whose lives were ruined might.

I could never be any type of doctor, I'm too squeamish.
omg yes yes yes if i had the money i would do everything

money cant buy you love but beauty yeah sure!!!!!
That depends on my state of mind at the time. After i had my daughter i thought everything headed south very rapidly and i was horrified. at that time i wanted a boob job, a tummy tuck and liposuction but now after a year of dieting and excersise im getting back into shape so im not quite as worried.

No it wouldnt bother me watching someone have it done, i often watch medical programs and find them highly interesting. When i had my c-section i didnt want a screen so i could see what they were doing but they refused!

Yes i would be a cosmetic surgeon i think it would be nice to make people feel better about themselves however if i was to make a mess of something i think i would be traumatised!
pesonally no i wouldnt have cosmetic surgery (although i probably need it hehe) because im basically a wuss and would be scared of it going wrong and being left with a face etc thats worse than it was originally, yes i would be a cosmetic surgeon if i felt i was artistic enough to not make a mess of someones face but ill stick to being a trainee doctor with the goal of being a brain surgeon instead...

What is the cost of Non-surgical Jaw Lift - APTOS Cosmetic Surgery?

Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost of Non-surgical Jaw Lift - APTOS Cosmetic surgery in India. One of the most frequently asked questions when considering Non-surgical Jaw Lift - APTOS Cosmetic surgery is ';how much?'; and “what is the price of surgery in India?”

Oftentimes, patients choose their surgeon on the basis of price.

The cost of Non-surgical Jaw Lift - APTOS Cosmetic surgery is very affordable in India and costs are much lower when compared to the United States, UK and other countries. However, since the success of your surgery is largely dependent on your choice of surgeon, cost should not be your main consideration for your decision to undergo Non-surgical Jaw Lift - APTOS Cosmetic surgery in India.

I checked out the website of Forerunners Healthcare –which is the premier most medical tourism company in India offering low cost surgery in India to International Patients. Thus, although it is understandable that price is one of the considerations in your choice of surgeon, it is important to remember that the main consideration should be your surgeon's professional qualifications and experience.

Besides that you should look into other issues related to traveling abroad, which is your visa, passport, climate, cultural issues and language barrier. Although language is not a problem in India –as most of the people are well verse in English. But you should make sure that you have a reliable hand holding person to guide you through the various steps of getting medical treatment and surgery in India.

Why d omany cosmetic companies test their products on animals?

Because human lives are more important than animals. An animal cannot sue the company, but a human can and will, if the company screws up!Why d omany cosmetic companies test their products on animals?
Funny, I just did a school report on this subject. - Animal testing is LEGAL on animals so if they get a bad allergy or reaction and freekin die nothing can happen but them saying ';OOPS';. Humans, of course can't have testing done on them. I look for products that say they don't test on animals. Report Abuse

Just found out I'm pregnant and had cosmetic procedure 4 days ago. Worried for baby?

Thks. guys. The lipo ex and vela shape are not surgical procedures, so there was no medications involved. it uses radio frequency and heat to dissolve fat and cellulite.

What do you think?Just found out I'm pregnant and had cosmetic procedure 4 days ago. Worried for baby?
You need to contact your physician ASAP!

I know they aren't quite the same but I work in a full service day spa and we cannot do any laser treatment or light therapy or airbrush tan treatment on anyone if they even suspect they may be pregnant.

As far as I know, with the laser treatments we do, there is no known side affects for or against the treatment during pregnancy because honestly, who wants to be in the trials you know?

My best advice is to talk to your gyno/midwife AND talk to the doctor who performed the procedure as they'll know the exact frequencies and nitty gritty details.

Good luck!Just found out I'm pregnant and had cosmetic procedure 4 days ago. Worried for baby?
Find a OB doctor ASAP....!!!! Tell him/her everything. Do Not hide anything from them. They may be able to give you some advice.
Is that done with laser?? That might affect the fetus.
    Call your gyn.

What is your opinion on this new cosmetic surgery on women? isn't it the same as circumcision?

If you ask me it it the same thing as men getting circumcised just for the look of it. Both are not required and are there just to make money for the doctors. what is your opinion? What is your opinion on this new cosmetic surgery on women? isn't it the same as circumcision?
Whoever says circumcision is not a cosmetic procedure is wrong. That is its only purpose - practically every doctor (except for some of those whose main income is getting paid to do it, funny that) has agreed it is cosmetic and that is its official definition for many medical insurances and such. What is your opinion on this new cosmetic surgery on women? isn't it the same as circumcision?
It obviously isn't just there to make money for the doctors if people are asking for it, it's obviously there for people who need and want it done. It said people are happy and grateful for it, doctors get money out of it but they should if they are working like any other person works. You can call something cosmetic but if it has multiple purposes then it isn't just cosmetic like the article says, and circumcision isn't just cosmetic like people have obviously said because they needed it to be. I know someone who wanted it done because of the look but other people have problems with it. People have stomach surgery done because they're fat, you might as well just call that cosmetic surgery despite the fact that it might be saving their life. It's helping people and these surgeries can help people too.
circumcision DOES change the look of the penis, same as this operation changes the look of the labia...

but circumcision is also done for hygenical reasons, to keep things clean there. Plus, it's not a cosmetic procedure at all.

I only know what I have read here and I am against any type of surgery where you try to change what nature gave us. The human body weather it is in perfect shape or out of shape is a piece of art that should not be messed with.

It is up to the individual if they want to change their body but I don't understand it.What is your opinion on this new cosmetic surgery on women? isn't it the same as circumcision?
You might see porn stars who have long hanging lips, this is not attractive,Okay I work in Plastic surgery so let me explain.

This is the trimming of the lips only, not circumcision of the Clitoral hood.

The reason for this is some woman after childbirth get stretched very badly and this causes the lips to stretch and hang, and woman want a tight and puffy looking Labia, as when we are born and into our teens this is how we look.

Other woman who have large hanging lips have a problem with Sex, The lips tend to go inside during intercourse, This is very uncomfortable for the woman, so having this surgery is the answer for them. It is not all about Vanity.
i think it is ok to get it and i am thinking about it myself. if you feel uncomfortable with that area and it is sometimes painfull, i think if you have the extra money to spend that there is nothing wrong with it.
This has come up so much lately. Its weird that other people have actually thought about wanting this besides me...
I think the surgery is fine for medical purposes, such as pain associated with a longer labia. If it's your body do as you please. The reasons women in adult entertainment have surgeries is because their vaginas are on display. In the real world no women's vaginas are unless your a celebrity getting out a car and wearing not panties. If it makes women feel better, then why not, but their standards shouldn't be based on the vagina of someone else.
I hate the whole idea of ';designer vaginas';. It's so superficial and rather dangerous. All genitals, male and female, look a little weird, or so I think, but that doesn't mean they can't be fun. And those girls who claim they would turn down an uncircumcised guy - it's just like a man turning them down because they don't have a DV.

I'm sure that doctor quoted likes it - with the money he gets for each one! They pray on people's insecurities. Very rarely is that sort of thing needed, women just need to learn that porn is not reality and love their own body. Even most men aren't so shallow as to be turned off by longer lips.

Funnily, some medical associations have issued statements saying that such DV surgery has risks and is not recommended - yet they turn a blind eye to circumcision!

Then again, I am totally in support with what a woman wants to get done to her body, even if I find it sad. The main problem with circumcision is how it is performed on newborns! That is gross especially for cosmetic surgery.
The viginoplasty has it's place. However, i think it is greatly abused. Let me explain.... if women are insecure about the tightness after childbirth or age, I feel that doctors who preform this make it sound like a cure all. Furthermore it can actualy cause many problemsand should be weighed very carefully http://www.tinynibbles.com/ has some information on the side effects. On the other hand some women actualy do need reconstruction after childbirth. I tore horibbly during birth, and was stitched up, and healed, 2 inches lopsided, leaving some muscles exposed that shouldn't be and nerves not lined up. After my next child is born, I will most likely tear worse. My (new) doctor recomended waiting to get repairs done untill i am done with kids. Depending on how bad the tearing is the second go round he may recomend I see someone for that type of proceedure, if the damage the first doc caused is too extensive. It may be something a plastic surgen must fix due to the nerves and muscles involved. It wouldn't be simply to keep up with the porn stars, but it would make me feel less like frankenstien down there.
    Insanity.

*There is nothing more sexy to me than a woman who is authentic, smart, funny, open, genuine, truthful, caring and kind. For young, vibrant women to look past their own SELF and look to ';celebrities'; and porn stars for images of self-worth, it's a SAD, SAD world we are living in.
I think people should leave their bodies alone, you were made a certain way for a reason, and I feel like people should learn to except themselves for who they are and stop with all this living up to everyone else expectations,';Everyone is beautiful in their own way'; :)
It is very rare that any kind of plastic surgery is actually necessary. If they really want it done then I guess they can do it...as for circumcision, I don't know a whole lot of men who are getting it done...mostly babies who have no say in the matter.
I try not to pass judgment on people who get plastic surgery, and sometimes I really understand why they do this, but with this one - why?
This is just another example of how much the porn culture has permeated our society. The ideal for female beauty is that they have big puffy lips, tiny pointed noses, bleached hair, huge breasts, and now this. I would like to go back to the old days of porno movies when the actors actually looked like real people. The men were hairy and not particularly fit and the women had normal sized breasts and they didn't look like little girls in their lower extremities.
Circumcision on males, I could understand. It's easier to keep clean and reduces the risk of infections, but that surgery they described, I would never have done. Even if I could afford it, I'm happy just the way I am.
10,000.00 for something that is covered up most of the time.?

Babies are cicumsized to reduce the chance of infections through life.
i inderstand the circumcision as being a cleanly thing. also a jewish thing. as far as women having surgery, i believe that we need to accept ourselfs for who we are. If you cant do that cosmetically how can you possibly do that internally.

What is the hourly rate for cosmetic retail sales person in a dept. store in Beverly Hills, such as, Saks?

What is the hourly for a cosmetic retail sales person in los angeles for a sales person who works behind the counter in Beverly Hills for Lancome. What percentage do they make off the products they sell? What is the hourly rate for cosmetic retail sales person in a dept. store in Beverly Hills, such as, Saks?
Most high end department store sales clerks work on commission. I worked in Neiman Marcus and the commission rate for cosmetics is 9%. The best way to go if you are a good make-up artist is to work behind the counter. That's what I did. You get an hourly wage that's anywhere between $17-$25 ...depending on experience. The commission position is pretty cutthroat, but that's where the real money is. Good luck. What is the hourly rate for cosmetic retail sales person in a dept. store in Beverly Hills, such as, Saks?
I work in Saks Fifth Aveune in NYC and they pay great! I'm an in house makeup artist and I get paid high 20's an hr. I don't get commission though but it's ok with me because I don't have to push sales just makeovers all day!

It should be around the same pay because NYC and LA are one in the same.

It's a great place to work if you want to grow with a company.

Everything does depend on your experience and personality. So be a go getter and you'll do great!

    Good Luck!

Sephora on line will ship whatever you need to you. If you can find what you would like to have at Sephora.com, then you can order it there and will ship to wherever you are. This one is great. My favorite brand for skin tone makeup (foundation, concealer, powder) and great for other stuff, too. It'scool that they have a store there. Try the Secret Brightening Powder #2 and the Flawless Fix Pencil.

Dior is fabulous makeup. Try the Diorshow Powder in Onstage White or Catwalk Pink as a highlighter. Mix it with your regular face powder or use it wet, one your eyes (use a small brush). Dior Backstage Mascara is the best mascara you can get, absolutely - nothing comes close.

How expensive is a teeth cosmetic surgery ????

lets say for 8 teethesHow expensive is a teeth cosmetic surgery ????
It also depends on if you need it for a medical reason.. But it can get expensive. I would see if you can use your company's flex plan if they have one. It's money from your check that goes into another account that you then only use for medical reasons. But the money is pre tax so you don't have to worry about the gov't taking any..

Bobbi Brown is the best! It gives you a natural look and the shades are true to our skin tones. I have been using bobbi brown for years and people always think i never have makeup on. Also, remember makeup will only look good if your skin is taken care of properly. (I recommend Shiseido skincare line). Good luck
I am also medium to dark and MAC makes great foundation. It matches my skin perfectly and they will do a makeover for you on the spot. Do you have a Macy's that's where I get mine. check maccosmetics.com
Swirl and Tap my Sistah, Please try Bare Essentials
Same here. I love MAC they have makeup for everybody. They'll match your foundation perfectly and my MAC gives free makeovers. Try MAC I love it.
I have the same complexion and I have tried and worn several different products that matched my skin tone. I have personally found M.A.C's eyeshadows, blush, lipglass, and foundations to work good on my skin tone. Black Opal's foundation in Beautiful Bronze and Heavenly Honey is a great match. Revlon's ColorStay Foundation in Cappaccino and Mahogany mixed together is what I wear now and I get so many compliments from the makeup artists at the MAC counter (they don't know that the foundation and powder used isn't there brand). Iman's Luxury pressed powder in Earth 2 and 3 is a great powder to use throughout the day to set your makeup. The color is fresh and blends so good with the makeup you already have on. Her eyeshadows are on point too. Loreal H.I.P foundations are great for women of color also. Sometimes you have to blend to find the color that you're needing for our complexion, but these are the ones that I've found that gets my makeup to look natural but nice.

Feedback on All Natural Cosmetic/Beauty Products?

Since having a baby in 2005, I have become keenly aware of all the unnecessary chemical exposure we have in the normal course of our lives. I have made many changes to my family's diet, methods for cleaning, laundering, etc. One area that is of particular interest to me is moving toward all natural cosmetic solutions. I have found several things that work well for me and I am considering trying to make and sell a small line of natural bath and beauty products.

I'd like to know before investing significant time and money how many people are out there that are also interested in this and would want to try my products. Most of the things I use on myself and my child are comprised of essential oils in a base as well as mixed with edible household ingredients for cosmetic/beauty purposes (hair and skin cleansing and moisture, makeup remover, skin exfoliation, bath perfumes/soaks).

Who else is interest in this kind of alternative to standard bath/beauty solutions? Feedback appreciated.Feedback on All Natural Cosmetic/Beauty Products?
I definitely would be! I think the only thing that may put me off is if they were really expensive, but if you can keep the price at a reasonable level then two thumbs up!Feedback on All Natural Cosmetic/Beauty Products?

    Have you had cosmetic surgery?

I'm due to have a consultation soon re a breast enlargement operation. What sort of questions should I be asking - stuff that you think about after an operation, but not before?

Yes, I HAVE thought about this - for twelve years in fact; and for all of you do-gooders I have also thought about the consequences and what could go wrong - so please don't bother writing that I shouldn't do it - cos it's my decision and I already made it.Have you had cosmetic surgery?
Yes I have. I actually had a breast augmentation this last January. I went from an A cup to a D. I don't regret it in the least. I love them. I have had many people tell me Im stupid or superficial for having it done. Usually the people who already have big boobs so they dont kno what it feels like, or the ones who have small ones and can't afford to get it done or who are too scared too. I was quite irritated by how much crap people gave me. But I did it for my self. I can buy and fit into more clothes and usually whatever I put on looks good. So now I dont have to spend an hour picking out what to wear without looking like a 12 year old girl. Just make sure you find out how long ur suppose to take ur meds after ur surgery and promise me no matter what you do. Use lostion, cocoa butter, aloe vera everyday 3 times a day. Cause at first you wont notice anything but after a month its like ur new formed stretch marks come out of no where! And you will be like me trying to get rid of them or fading them for months and months. Mine are now just starting to slowly fade. i didnt get it you see all these people with thier breast augs. and NO SCARS. Its the only thing I regret not doing. Even if it seems ur not getting them u will. Ur strecthing the skin. So I hope that helps.Have you had cosmetic surgery?
I have and can say it's the best thing I've ever done. After 3 kids I had the apron of skin so had a tummy tuck. Fantastic! Only 1 day of mild discomfort
Good Luck..if it makes you feel better about yourself Go for it...I have not had cosmetic surgery, but I will most likely be next year.. As long as you interview several doctors and make sure that you are comfortable with whomever you choose, then you should be just fine...heck we get in cars everyday, and no one seems to bat an eyelash at that and I would say it is more dangerous to drive than to have surgery..

I have had regular surgery, and some apprehension is normal...but so is excitement.
no i have not had cosmetic surgery.
at least you will be able to float more freely in the water
    .
You should be asking your doctor if he or she:

recommends placing the implant under the muscle or over the muscle. Over the muscle has a higher incidence of capsular contraction (hardening of the implant)

-what type of implant they recommend (saline, cohesive gel, silicone)

-what size would be best suited for you depending on your breast width diameter and body frame

-what type of incision he or she uses (areola, crease fold, arm pit or through the navel)

-what the recovery period will be like and how soon you'll be able to go back to work

-what his or her policy is on re-do's because once you have commited to breast augmentation there is a possiblity you might need to have a re-do if something does not go quite as expected (that's pretty normal)
You can ask what are the chances of the silicone leaking, the different shapes you can choose, when can I exercise after the op, will I have to wear a special bra for several months, what the side effects might be, what the chances are of not experiencing any feeling in your nipples (I've heard this). All very important questions. Good luck though because I couldn't go through with it as the thought of having something fake under my skin would scare me - the cost even scarier. Besides I think natural is more beautiful whether saggy, flat or down to your knees! P.S. I think there are silicone free implants (saline?) that might cost a lot more but worth asking - but don't take my word for it.
    You go girl .......

You know you will have thought of everything ...i know i did ...

Remember your painkillers and sports bra and do not forget to massage them daily ....

Oh and when you take your first peek they will be huge .. they do go down ...

You can ask where the implant is being placed .. ie behind the muscle or infront ....

ask can you use bio oil ....Your surgeon will give you a fact pack before ...

What size he reccomends? How long before they drop?

how long you have to wear sports bras for ?

oh yes you must ask if he is baps approved (british association for plastic surgeons) view previous works .. ask him how he is going to postion them .. you do not want the beach ball look . .ask him to postion them apart
You might want to ask the doctor the following questions:

    How long is the procedure?

    What is my recovery time?

Are there any foods or drinks that I have to stay away from?

Will I need a maintenance surgery?

How long do the results last?

Will I be able to breastfeed with the breast implants?Important!

If you have any health conditions make sure your doctor knows about them because that could jeopardize your health.

    Good Luck ;)
i cut a wart off my foreskin once. home cosmetic surgery at its finest.
No I have not and I am not planning on it.
good on you girl, ive been thinking about having a breast lift for ages!! hope all goes well for you x x
No, but I am having a section in a couple of months and if Im lucky mite get a tummy tuck at the same time!

I would ask about the procedure, the side effects and the recovert time, any risks involved and possible complications.
no, i had a friend who did.

she is looking good and feeling even better about herself.

what will he be giving u for pain. - u should make sure that there are no allergies to it and its not addictive. my friend was taking painkillers for a while after that. she liked them too much.

make sure that u do what he tells u. it can cost u a lot. my friend went dancing and the scar is much wider then it should be. she never listens :(

    good luck dear.
    no i haven't. good luck!!! :)
To your original question--no-never had cosmetic surgery.
I had a reduction so I doubt my questions would be useful to you lol.

Good luck with it, but might I add, without sounding condescending, don't go up too many sizes..big boobs can be real uncomfortable, and you may not like the end result!!
    I know friends that have.

One thing...they will sell the recovery time as being less than what it really is. They are out for a sale.

Bruising is also downplayed. Be aware that you might not want to do this if you are planning on going on a vacation in a bikini in the next couple of months.

Finally, you will feel the implant as as a sort of foreign body for the rest of your life. You get used to it, but you will always know they are there.
    Wow...you are brave...

I hope you are going to a reputatable plastic surgeon. A friend of mine of got it done and she went throught some nasty complications...

    Good Luck!!
then you'll look like all those other phoney half coconut breasts.
you are right it is your decision, I have no moral stance on Cosmetic Surgery except I wouldn't have it doen personally as I am such a scaredy cat, and I wouldn't have surgery unnecessarily.

Anyway, I think you should ask about previous work the surgeon has carried out, how will it look when you first have it done (i have heard there is loads of bruising and it's not pretty) There's a few for starters
no but im not saying i wouldnt if it was cheaper, how much is it costing u
You should ask if the surgeon is a board certified surgeon. how many surgeries has he done like the one he is doing for you. show you before and after photos , he won't mind believe me. Is this his field of expertice? ask what size he recommends and take his advice! Don't ask for double D's if he doesn't recommend them for your body type. How long is the operation going to take? Ask how they will do it? through the nipple or under the arm? They expect these questions. It is pretty simple operation but the biggest thing is that the doctor is board certified for your state and hopefully it is california.
yes i had breast enlargement 5 years ago and it was one of the best things i have ever done in terms of confidence etc.. questions you may want to ask about is: 1. what type of implant are they intending to use? IMHO silicone is best as saline has more chance of leaking. 2. where will they place the implant? if you want natural looking (like mine are) then opt for behind the muscle, but if you want the fake victoria beckham look the opt for in front of the muscle. 3. will you be having drains afterwards? i didn't have to have one as they were put behind the muscle therefore i wouldn't have anything to drain. 4. what size (in cc's) will you be having put in? note it down when you have decided as you will need to know in roughly 10 years time when you will need them replaced. 5. ask to see the surgeons certficates and MBOC papers. 6. ask to see reccommendations from past customers and photo before and afters. and finally ask for the cut to be put in the crease line where your bra will go (some people opt for it to be under the armpit or through the nipple which must be more painful and unnatural looking. have fun, i wish you the best of luck :-)
no i would be to scared
Yes, I had breast enlargement about 15 years ago. katie d. pretty much covered the most important things - is it their area of expertise, size, etc. The only other thing is under the chest muscle or above it. Mine were put under the muscle which created a natural bra and have helped the look last much longer.

you can only bring cosmetic bottles that does not contain liquid more than 100 ml in a single hand luggage,if you have cosmetic more than 100 ml you can carry it in other non hand luggage.why?because some cosmetic ingredients contains flammable liquid,so this law is created 4 the sake of our safetyCan you bring cosmetic bottles on a plane these days?
If it's gonna be checked it doesn't matter. (But no aerosoles) The only ones that matter are the carry-ons. (The bag you're taking with you inside the cabin)

They can only be 1oz per item (I think) and it must be in a clear ziplocked bag.
You can bring all of that stuff in your checked luggage. But your carry-on luggage is limited to clear 3oz bottles stored in a ziplock bag.

hey am not sure but thats a very good product..Any indian brand cosmetic which sells cream blush/liquid blush?
Hello again! I'm sorry I don't know anything about Indian cosmetics (or jeans). I live in CA.

My best suggestion is to get out and go shopping! Does the brand have to be Indian? Go for the best you can afford, especially when it comes to skin care.

For jeans, you really need to try on lots of styles until you find the right ones for you. If you see someone whose jeans look great on her, don't be shy, ask where she got them.

    Most of all, have fun.

Do you think cosmetic surgery is morally wrong?

Michael, if you care to comment....Do you think cosmetic surgery is morally wrong?
That's preposterous.Do you think cosmetic surgery is morally wrong?
it depends... people who get cosmetic surgery tend to have other issues that go unresolved. its one thing to get it to fix cancer or another disease or birth defect, but its another to get surgery for no real reason. someone could be suffering from low self esteem or depression and think surgery will fix it, but often times it doesn't. it might treat the symptom but not the cause. surgery is a major decision and shouldn't be taken lightly. although, it up to the individual to decide what is right for themselves and to make sure they take the right precautions ahead of time. they need talk to many doctors to ensure their safety and to help solve their underlying issues (if they are present).
No... I think people should make choices and do whatever they feel like, as long as they don't hurt anybody else then there's no moral issue.

I think it's more morally wrong to judge somebody for making a decision that doesn't affect the judger.
Absolutely not. What if you lost a breast to breast cancer, wouldn't you want them whole again and not so noticeable? I feel we should rebuild self-esteem where we can. If those people are nutso, they were anyway before they had surgery.
I am not Michael, but no, its not a moral issue. Most people feel better when they feel like they look better....it can give some people alot of confidence they never had.

    merry christmas
No. There is nothing morally wrong with cosmestic surgery.
No I don't. I think judgeing people who have cosmetic surgery is morally wrong.

What math will I need to learn if i'm planning on becoming a cosmetic chemist?

As in a chemist that develops cosmetics? That sounds like research and development. You'd need a chemistry degree for that and you'd have to learn all of the math associated with that degree to get it so, in my experience, it's been up to calculus 3. Maybe some differential equations.

You could ask a cosmetics company what you would use specifically.

Why does cosmetic surgery cost so much?

It makes it impossible for the average person to get it! And some people really do need it...exercise can't help stretched out muscles, and only surgery can reverse gravity's effects.

Why does it have to cost so much??Why does cosmetic surgery cost so much?
Because in most cases it's considered elective surgery. Most insurances only pay part, if any. But the doctors still have all the costs, like anesthesia, insurance for themselves, sanitizing equipment. Surgery is expensive, and in cosmetic surgery, the consumer is paying most of what insurance normally pays. Why does cosmetic surgery cost so much?
Cosmetic surgery is not needed for any medical reasons. And it is not covered by insurance
Because malpractice insurance is so high.
cause there are greety @$$ doctors that want money

Would anyone recommend bunion surgery? Does it really help or is it just a cosmetic thing?

I suffered from painful walking for 2 years until I finally gave in and had an orthopedic physician remove both bunions. I wish I would have done it sooner as I have no pain and my shoes actually fit.

I did not care about the ';cosmetic thing'; only comfort.Would anyone recommend bunion surgery? Does it really help or is it just a cosmetic thing?
depends where. sometimes its more than cosmetic. it can interfere with your life. shoes may be unconfortable. if you're at a job where closed heel and toes pumps are part of the uniform, bunions could probably hurt! now, i you if a slight bump on the side of your foot and just dont like the way it looks, that's more cosmetic. but if the doctors think it is more than that, it's not cosmetic.

  • Ladies, which cosmetic brand offers the best foundation and concealer for Asian skin?

'Best' as in wide range of shades, best coverage, long-lasting and affordable.

Can't find a concealer to cover up these dark shadows caused by too many late nights at Y!A !!

Guys' input welcome. Thanks!Ladies, which cosmetic brand offers the best foundation and concealer for Asian skin?
as a frequent traveller, i need something that lasts for 12 hours without smudges or runny in any kind of weather. i always opted for Double Wear Estee Lauder liquid foundation. This is a full coverage foundation. Infact, thanks to this foundation, my make up actually lasted more than 12 hours. My face looked fresh and not a sign of tiredness. they stopped bringing it into the country for a year now. But good news is they are relaunching it back sometime this month.

As for concealer, i did not use any. This foundation is enough to do the job.

Ive tried MAC before but it wasnt as good as Estee Lauder.

    edit:

liquid foundation provides better coverage and longer lasting compared to the two way cake.

To avoid having to touch up (powder) your face too many times, dont use moisturiser before putting on foundation coz our weather is hot. Put on foundation followed by loose powder (not compact powder). Keep compact powder in your bag incase if u need it, which is unlikely unless if your face is oily. If your face is oily, Clinique is the best choice. If your skin is combination, try double wear estee lauder.Ladies, which cosmetic brand offers the best foundation and concealer for Asian skin?
hey twiggy twig! :) Report Abuse

I use MAC and it works nicely
The best for me was CLINIQUE it works really good, plus its healthier for your skin than other products. The only thing you probably wouldnt like is that its more of a thin coat base. You can get clinque at dillards. REVELON is also a good brand and more affordable. You can get it a wal-mart, cvs, wal-greens, and many other places. I use revelon most of the time because it stays on all day, its more of a thick coat base.

well i hope you find the cover up you need=]
I have to say that i have been searching high and low, the locals and international brands and at last..wallah! The Body Shop range are the best suited my type of skin...their make up range and tools are also great and well suited my skin..at the current i'm using 'Oil Free Balancing Liquid Foundation SPF 15 NO. 07 ( feels very light and wont feel any oily on your face ) and as for my concealer is the 'Tea Tree Oil Cover Stick No. 01..perfect to conceal your dark eyebags..cover all this with a Loose Powder.

All of this recommendations was been given by my favourite Make Up Artist name 'Azza'..you can meet her at The Body Shop-KLCC, Lower Ground.. always ask her things you need to know about make up and ask her to do a sample on your face..she will always glad to do it for you..!

    Good Luck!

    Hi j lilac,

I'm using the same brand as Yuna. (Double Wear by Estee Lauder-Liquid Foundation). This make up base is awesome. You don't have to worry about touching up your make up for as long as 16 hours. *grin*

Concealer? Nah!! You won't be needing that. :-)

LOL! Yuna, 12 hours for you coz you had to deal with those hot ovens in the galley. :-P
Try fashion fair products, it offers a wide range of products and for all skin types.

I read through this whole thing once, it has tips on how to spot both fake mac makeup and brushes on ebay. Super helpful:

i dont think theres a way to tell on ebay
I have also had this experience on ebay with expensive beauty items etc!

What I do first is I check the sellers feedback and if its 100% I then ask them to reassure me that the item is genuine and Id also ask if I'm not satisfied with the item once it arrives can I return it for a full refund! That way I'm able to check the product and if I think its not real then I can get a refund! If the seller allows a refund then they're more likely to be genuine! If you do buy the Mac brushes then you could take them to a Mac retailer and ask them if they're fake or not Ive done this lots of times with expensive items most people don't mind!
