Do i really have to see an eye care professional before using my cosmetic lenses?

Cosmetic lenses are actually really bad for your eyes. Every persons eyes have a different shape, and generally cosmetic lenses are one generic shape and size. This can cause irritation and possible vision problems. My advice would be to see your optometrist and get prescribed lenses, even if your vision is good. They can properly fit them to your eyes! hope this helps
