It makes it impossible for the average person to get it! And some people really do need it...exercise can't help stretched out muscles, and only surgery can reverse gravity's effects.

But the doctors still have all the costs, like anesthesia, insurance for themselves, sanitizing equipment. Cosmetic surgery is not needed for any medical reasons. And it is not covered by insurance
Because malpractice insurance is so high.
