Nowhere else is this as true as in cosmetic surgery. The movie stars are the best examples. Some have had dozens of ';procedures'; and you could never tell. Others have literally butchered themselves. The Two procedures that you are talking about are probably the most basic of the many types of things that people have done to themselves....
All that i can suggest is that you take a really hard look at ';beauty'; worldwide and make sure that this is even something that you really need. If you are truly unhappy with your appearance, then this may be the right choice for you... but remember that sometimes a bump, an odd curve, or who knows what, is part of what makes you - you!

as far as other countries, there are some that are good, but don't go to a third world country trying to save money,,, you may get an infection that scars you for life... our hospitals are tightly regulated and we still have infection problems here...
back to my main point, and that is if you really want to do it, do it, just dont be cheap,,,,,, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
