Well, it started back in the 70's with the Courier (Ford) and the ';B'; series (Mazda) They were good trucks back then, and they are good trucks today.

yes they are,most of the mechanical parts are the same and even some of the body parts are also,but the majority of all the mechanical parts will interchange on it,that's the good part about it,because you have a good variety of parts available for it most of the time,good luck i hope this help,s.

They are pretty much the same. My father drives 2001 mazda B3000 and I drive 2001 ford ranger at my work. I am yet to find the difference between two other than the emblem.
99% same truck all sheet metal is the same ...same running gear....front grille is different
