Neutrogena- Good Face Products
Cover Girl- Face powders, Blush, Lipgloss
Mabeline- Mascara.

There is never an answer to the best makeup because it depends on your skin type. What works better with your skin? Do you break out with any? Of course, the answer to that would be what works BEST for YOU. Everyone is different. Hope this is helpful.
All those brands are ones you should not use. For one thing, test on animals and use animal ingredients. Plus, they all have ingredients that are terribly bad for your body.
